2001's Cerons, sweet, 13,5% vol., Chateau de Cerons

Very complex with great finesse and a present acidity, which ensures freshness and elegance. The palate has exotic fruits, honey and spices. Despite its age, the wine is still quite youthful and has a long storage life. The main grape variety is the Semillon with 80%, supplemented by smaller proportions Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The harvest was done by hand and the grapes were strictly selected. The expansion took place for 18 months in barriques. The Chateu de Cerons is considered the number one in the Cerons.
