A high-quality product with 98% foie gras content from Rougie. The pure foie gras farce (68%) was subtly seasoned. For the filling, small, fine pieces of foie gras were marinated overnight with port wine and spices 2% and carefully folded into the foie gras mixture. The traditional trapezoidal shape, with many pieces, gives the block an attractive cut appearance.
