Traditional pre-cooked and pickled leg of duck in their own lard, raised and fattened with grain only. The meat becomes very tender and juicy. The lard is coarsely removed for preparation and the lobes are heated in a pan or oven. The remaining lard is wonderful for preparing dishes like fried potatoes - so do not throw it away!
