Grappa Riserva Antica Cuvee Grappa, barrel-aged Grappa, 43% vol., Nonino

Antica Cuvee Riserva is a fine grappa blend made from carefully selected pomace from Monovitigno, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Refosco. For distillation one uses a traditional fuel bladder. Storage takes place in small barrels of Limousin and ex Sherry oak from 20 months to 15 years. Amber, very aromatic, smells of spices, croissants and candied fruit, vanilla and bitter almond. Antica Cuvee Riserva is characterized by its fresh scents and flavors, and by the small but essential addition of young grappa aged for one year in Limousin oak barrels.
