This sweet, sour and salty rice vinegar with its velvety, inky consistency has a strong, lasting malty aroma. It is reminiscent of soy sauce and malt vinegar. Ideal for marinating meat dishes and duck, as well as for seasoning dark sauces or steamed vegetables, also suitable as a dip.
