This sushi vinegar is mild, with a slightly wine-like, lemony taste. It is mainly found in Asian cuisine. Suitable for pickling vegetables and fruits as well as for marinating poultry and fish. It also goes perfectly with sweet and sour sauces, spicy dishes and Indonesian rice tables.
