24 months in French Limousin oak barrels. The start is determined by sweet aromas, especially cinnamon and vanilla. Towards the end orange appears, followed by a hint of cocoa. The finish is very long-lasting and dry with light notes of citrus. Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, 250 years ago one of the first commercial distilleries, only process the pure juice of agave (100%) without chemical additives and without coloring.
