
Liqueur de Chocolat, chocolate liqueur, brown, 17% vol., Eberle
This very dense and taste-intensive chocolate liqueur is based on matzo of cocoa beans and flowers. These are prepared with an old wine distillate and then matured in old oak barrels. This liqueur is rounded off with a mild and delicate cocoa distillate. After a short period of maturation, this creation is refined with de-oiled cocoa powder. This requires a special process which, based on the traditional chocolate production by means of a continuous process, breaks the cocoa into the liqueur for hours. Due to the high cocoa content of the liqueur is very intense and harmonious.
