The finest, highly aromatic Bolivian highland coffees and wine spirit combine in this product with a hint of cocoa, cardamom, and cinnamon blossoms to create this robust and rich composition. More than 35 natural ingredients combine to form a mildly bitter yet smooth taste experience. The long maturation of the filtered macerates, stored in large glass containers in a warm place during the summer months, creates the mild and low-acid flavor base of this recipe. The original recipe is several hundred years old and originates from the south of France.
