Grill BBQ - Hickory wood smoke chips
Hickory wood imparts the typical aroma of bacon, as known from the USA. Like a good seasoning in cooking, smoking chips add savory smoky flavors to grilling. They are either added to the coals or, for gas and electric grills, moistened, wrapped in aluminum foil, and placed on the grill grate. Made from 100% pure wood without bark or other impurities. The chips, with their low moisture content and uniform chip size of 8-12mm, are suitable for use in all grills and smokers.
