This red wine vinegar gets its full raspberry flavor from the addition of raspberry juice. It is ideal for fruit salads, summer salads, poultry sauces or sweet and sour desserts. Harmonizes particularly well with Leblanc walnut or hazelnut oil from Burgundy.
