This red wine vinegar gets its full raspberry aroma from the addition of raspberry juice. It is ideal for fruit salads, summer salads, poultry sauces, or sweet and sour desserts. It pairs particularly well with walnut or hazelnut oil from Leblanc in Burgundy.
