It is also great for completing casseroles but also as the basis for a fruity plum mousse. Finks Genuine delicacies are made in Walkersdorf, in the middle of the Styrian orchard. On mineral-rich soils over volcanic rocks, in a sunny climate, the orchards nestle idyllically among fertile fields and cool forests. Here you can also cultivate valuable old fruits such as Maschansker, Kriecherln, Hauszwetschken or Weingartenpirsich in scattered orchards and on small areas.
