Apricot roaster with pieces of fruit. The elegant and fragrant composition seasoned with rum goes well with curd dumplings, Kaiserschmarren, poppy seed noodles and much more. Fink`s Echte Delikatessen are made in Walkersdorf, in the middle of the Styrian fruit country. On soil rich in minerals over volcanic rock, in a sunny climate, the orchards are idyllically embedded between fertile fields and cool forests. Valuable old fruit varieties such as Maschansker, Kriecherln, house plums or vineyard peaches are also cultivated here in meadow orchards and on small areas.
