Vinegar with herbs of Provence, Percheron

A strong vinegar made from Burgundy wines. The taste is spicy and particularly aromatic thanks to the selected Provencal herbs. It is suitable for salads and light sauces and harmonizes particularly well with strong, spicy olive oils from Provence.
