This Cap de Llom is produced according to a traditional recipe by Embotits Casolans de Planoles, a company that has been crafting handmade cured meats since 1920. Embotits Casolans de Planoles was founded in 1920 by Ramon Cosp, the grandfather of the current owners. Located at an altitude of 1200 meters in the picturesque Pyrenean village of Planoles (near the Nuia Valley), the business is now run by siblings Berta and David, representing the third generation. Thanks to the climatic conditions and geographical location, the products mature in an ideal environment: a true delight! Our Cap de Llom weighs approximately 350g and is delivered vacuum-packed.
