From Penja pepper, from the valley of the same name in Camerun, the ripe peppercorns are separated from the pulp and dried. Slightly animalistic fragrance, but harmonious, fully ripe taste. Use: Wonderful with fish, poultry, salads, spicy quark dishes, light soups and sauces.
