This variety of bell pepper is produced exclusively in the Ia Vra Valley, a region in western Spain`s Extremadura province. Fully ripe, large peppers are simultaneously dried and smoked. A sweet and smoky delight! Uses: Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine, roasted potatoes, Spanish fries (patatas bravas), and white cabbage. It is also used in the production of chorizo.
