An aceto of the 3rd battery. It has a large must content and therefore has a clear sweetness despite its young age. This vinegar has a particularly pleasant taste and can be ideally combined with meat and fish dishes, raw and cooked vegetables, cheese, fruit and desserts, or used to refine sauces.
