Caviar substitute made from seaweed. 83% seaweed extract (alginic acid), water, salt, spice extract, acidulant: citric acid, stabilizer: xanthan gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, color: biochar. Doesn`t stain. Suitable for hot dishes. Store at -5°C to +35°C (does not require refrigeration). After opening, use within 3 months.
