LEccelenza means the Exquisite. The balsamic vinegar Condimento, aged 20 years, has less than 6% acidity and is sweeter and softer than aceto balsamic vinegar of the same age group. Its soft-harmonic, mild-sweet flavor refines grilled vegetables and meat or smoked salmon. Delicious are a few drops of this excellent balsamic on finely sliced ham and salami as well as cheese and high-quality vanilla ice cream or fruit salads.
