L`Eccelenza means `the exquisite one.` This 20-year-old, oak-aged balsamic condiment has less than 6% acidity and is sweeter and smoother than Aceto Balsamico of the same age. Its soft, harmonious, mildly sweet flavor enhances grilled vegetables and meats, or smoked salmon. A few drops of this exquisite balsamic are delicious on thinly sliced ham and salami, as well as with cheese and high-quality vanilla ice cream or fruit salads.
