This 6-month-old Aceto is fine, mild and fruity, as well as a little spicy in smell and taste. Ideal for salad dressings and deglazing dishes. This balsamic vinegar can also be used like a normal wine vinegar. Also available in 250ml, 1 liter and a 5 liter canister.
