Huilerie Beaujolaise Pecan Oil, Selection Virgin
Jean-Marc Montegottero lives in Beaujeu. He turned his hobby into a profession. His homemade nut, almond, and pine nut oils have won numerous awards. Despite this success, his oil mill remains a small, artisanal operation. The pecan oil has a fragrance reminiscent of both walnuts and almonds. It is perfectly suited for rice, cold rice salad, fish, or shellfish.
