These pralines are pure sin. The finest Piedmont hazelnuts are blended with white chocolate. Tartuflanghe uses only the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut variety, which has the Protected Designation of Origin (IGT) for its Dolce d`Alba. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in southwestern Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with dark chocolate, with real black summer truffles, with an amaretto almond flavor, or as a coffee and cocoa bean praline.
