These chocolates are pure indulgence. The finest Piedmont hazelnuts are combined with dark chocolate. Tartuflanghe uses only the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut variety, with its protected designation of origin (IGT), for its Dolce d`Alba. This hazelnut is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in southwestern Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle chocolates are also available with white chocolate, with real black summer truffles, with Amaretto and almond flavor, or as a coffee and cocoa bean praline.
