Jean-Marc Montegottero is at home in Beaujeu. He turned his hobby into a profession. His home-made nut, almond and pine nut oils have won many awards. Nevertheless, his oil mill remained a small craft business. This oil deserves our praise. Its delicious and slightly fragrant taste accompanies all types of salad. It can be used as butter on all starchy foods, on vegetables, fish, pasta, pastries and finally on hot goat cheese.
