These chocolates are pure indulgence and an exceptional Tartuflanghe creation. The finest Piedmont hazelnuts are combined with white chocolate and genuine black summer truffles. For their Dolce d`Alba, Tartuflanghe uses only the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut variety, which has the protected designation of origin IGT. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in southwestern Piedmont.
