Matured for 48 days, mildly salted with a fine musk aroma. The cheese is ideally accompanied by a spicy white wine and tastes just as good as it does with mild salads and pasta. It is best to rub freshly on a sliced white bread and eat with a drop of medium-fruity olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
