Tartufi dolci bianchi, sfusi, white chocolate truffles with hazelnuts, loose, viani

The region around Alba is famous for its white truffles. So, naturally, there have to be white Tartufi dolci! The light-colored truffle praline couldn`t be more different from our original Tartufi, the extranero. The Tartufi bianchi are not only a contrast in color, but also significantly milder in taste than the classic dark chocolate truffles. This sweet and nutty treat, made with cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavoring, and of course, Piedmontese hazelnuts IGP, is a delightful alternative to our dark Tartufi dolci pralines. Approximately 71 loose pralines, wrapped in cheerful pink paper, are included in the one-kilogram bag.
