The region around Alba is known for its white truffles. And so, of course, the Tartufi dolci also have to be in white! The light truffle praline couldn`t be more different from our original Tartufi, the extranero. The Tartufi bianchi are not only a contrast in color, they are also much milder in taste than the classic dark chocolate truffles. 14 times sweet, nutty pleasure made from cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor and of course Piedmont hazelnuts IGP in cheerful pink wrapping paper in a transparent gift bag. A nice alternative to our dark Tartufi dolci pralines.
