Olio Verde is the product of hand-picked olives. It has not been filtered. Each of these oils is single-varietal, meaning only a single, finest olive variety from the respective region is used. Characteristic of such oils is their strong aroma and fruity freshness. This Oliva Verde is made from 100% Arbequina olives and comes from Catalonia, Spain. It is golden yellow with a green shimmer. The flavor is mildly floral with a nutty aftertaste. Ideal for vegetables, pesto, green asparagus, salads, mayonnaise, and fish. Also available in 0.5 liters.
