Hand rolled, extra long, very loose breadsticks. Crispy, but not dark baked. Made from sourdough with extra virgin olive oil and lard. Very aromatic and decorative. These breadsticks are a substitute for bread on any buffet, salami, ham, cheese or antipasti.
