Olio Verde is made from hand-picked olives. It is unfiltered. Each of these oils is single-varietal, meaning only the finest olive variety from the respective region is used. A pronounced aroma and fruity freshness are characteristic of such oils. This Olio Verde is made from 100% Arbequina olives and comes from Catalonia (Spain). It is golden yellow with a greenish hue. The flavor is mildly floral with a nutty finish. Ideal for vegetables, pesto, green asparagus, salads, mayonnaise, and fish. Also available in 0.5-liter bottles.
