Vollomatic basmati rice of the best sort and purity. As soon as the bag is opened, the typical smell unfolds, filling the entire kitchen during cooking. Put 1 part Basmati rice in volume ratio with 2 parts of cold water, after a short boil, switch off the cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Use very little salt!
