Extra virgin olive oil, Santa Tea Gonnelli Fruttato Intenso, green olives

The taste is harmoniously balanced between spicy and bitter notes, with an intense scent of fresh green olives. For the emerald green oil, green Moraloio and Frantoio olives are harvested by hand in November. The olive estate is located near Florence in Reggello. In addition to using its own olives, the oil estate buys high-quality olives from neighboring olive farmers. Piero Gonnelli pays attention to the top quality of the hand- or machine-harvested olives, to short distances from the harvest to the oil mill and to careful processing in the olive mill.
