The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fruttato is made from a blend of the finest Apulian olives: Carolea, Leccino, Oliarola, Olivastra Martina Franca, Coratina, and Picholine. The straw-yellow oil with golden and green hues has an acidity level between 0.15 and 0.4%. Its aroma is intensely fruity with notes of grass and artichoke, along with bitter and spicy notes. The flavor of the oil is long-lasting and fruity, with aromas of grass and artichoke.
