Hot chilli cream for seasoning pasta sauces and all tomato sauces. Sets spicy accents in potato dishes, meat dishes and in soups. Ideal with pasta al arrabbiata or as an accompaniment to couscous. The recipe is similar to that of harissa, the Moroccan spice paste.
