Concentrated twice, i.e. at 28? - 30% of the original mass, this tomato paste tastes fine, fruity and completely natural, like ripe tomatoes. The consistency is pleasantly creamy, very finely pureed. The delicate pulp can be used very well with vegetable dishes, in soups, risottos and for antipasti fillings.
