Well-seasoned, concentrated basic sauce and therefore a ready-to-use basic product made from tomato pulp, concentrated tomato paste, onions, basil, sea salt and a pinch of sugar. There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to refining it, whether with veal and a little Barbera as a Bolognese sauce or with tuna and pepperoncino as sugo al tonno.
