The bright flesh of Bonito del Norte has a wonderful bite and a fine aroma. The fish is caught in the Cantabrian Sea, from which the best quality canned fish comes from. This product is a special delicacy. The fillets are therefore best eaten pure, just with a bit of white bread and maybe a dash of lemon.
