The oil is a Cuvee from the varieties Biancolilla, Nocellara and Cerasuola and deliberately as a particularly fruity and aromatic oil so put together. The taste is clear and complex, with almonds, herbs and tomato. One should try it on a piece of roasted bread to appreciate it. Thereafter, it is universally applicable for cooks who like to taste the oil, for example to beef and lamb from the grill, to strong vegetable stews, rich salads and pecorino.
