La Tartufata, Mushroom - Truffle - Sauce
Fresh mushrooms, 5% summer truffles, extra virgin olive oil, spices, and salt are all part of this rich paste. It seasons meat, poultry, or fish dishes and flavors sauces. Thinned with olive oil or mixed with a little cream, it tastes delicious simply with egg noodles. Tartufata can also be used as a crostini spread with spring onions, black pepper, and a drop of lemon oil.
