Ingredients
Seasoning mix with binding for Italian-style salad. Crystal natural salt, sugar, tomato, onion, thickener: xanthan gum E415, garlic, parsley, chives, spices, rapeseed oil. Dosage: 50g / l. Mix 50g salad Italian seasoning mixture with 700 ml water until smooth, let it swell briefly, emulsify with 200 ml oil and then refine with 100 ml vinegar. Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
Properties: gluten-free, lactose-free.
