A powdered premix for making loose waffles. Basic recipe: 1kg waffle mix, 350g oil and 700g water. Mix all ingredients with a whisk to a smooth dough. Then bake in the waffle iron as usual.
Baking mix for the production of sweet waffles with the addition of water and cooking oil. WHEAT flour, sugar, corn starch, chicken oil powder, WHEAT GLUTEN, dried glucose syrup, raising agent: disodium phosphate E450, sodium carbonate E500, chicken egg white powder, flavoring, coloring plant extract. Application: Mix 1 kg waffle mix, 350 g cooking oil, 700 g water and stir for about 3 minutes with a blender. Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer`s instructions. Fill in dough (about 80g) and bake until golden brown. Store cool and dry and protected from sunlight.
