Acquerello Carnaroli Rice is grown in Piedmont, watered with clear meltwater from Mont Blanc and enjoys an exceptionally long storage period of 1-3 years. This preserves strength, vitamins and proteins. The rice grains increase in volume and weight during cooking. This increases the absorption capacity of spices and reduces the stickiness considerably - it remains firm. An ideal risotto rice of the highest class!
