This pleasantly relaxing tea smells of chamomile and tastes lightly of orange and lemon balm. The tried and tested passion flowers contribute to the pleasant mixture. Wilden herbal teas also taste wonderful ice-cold in summer! Instructions for the perfect summer refreshment: Bring 450 ml of water to the boil. Meanwhile, start the infusion with 50 ml of cold water in the pot or glass. Pour the hot water over it. Leave to steep for 7-10 minutes and allow to cool. Serve with ice cubes. Nicola from Wilden Herbals also suggests combinations with fresh fruit and herbs.
