Ideal for growing your own sprouts for delicious decorations and crispy salads. Simply use grain lentils or herb seeds. These are washed and soaked covered in water for 12 hours. The water is then poured out and the practical lid and stand allow the excess water to simply drip off. Now the sprouts are rinsed once and turned slightly for 3-5 days. They should then be ready to harvest. White, rye, mountain lentils, lentils, mung beans, alfalfa, cress, chickpeas and many, many more are suitable.
