Soy sauce - Crystal clear soy sauce
This soy sauce is watery-white or clear. It`s ideal for enhancing the flavor of the ingredients without altering their color. This crystal-clear shoyu is unique in Japan and is produced using a special distillation process developed by Fundodai. To experience and understand the product, we recommend simply mixing it with wasabi and tasting it. It`s perfect for fish and meat carpaccio, or as a white foam to accompany roast beef. Its uses are incredibly versatile.
