Spice Garden pistachio semolina, medium green

Pistachios taste almond-like, sweet yet spicy. They are used to make pastries, sugar confectionery such as pistachio nougat and chocolates, but also serve as an ingredient in meat fillings and charcuterie. The finely ground pistachios can be used to refine and decorate pastries and desserts. Pistachios are related as drupes with cashew and mango. Its core is covered by a seed skin and a beige, hard shell. After peeling and blanching you get the bright to vigorous green core.
