The apricots are harvested as fully ripe, sweet and aromatic fruit and dried with hot air to preserve them. They can be eaten simply as is, but can also be soaked in water, fruit juice or alcohol. They are a true delicacy in muesli, fruit or mixed salads, sauces, fillings, rice, cakes or cookies. They are also ideal for garnishing and refining a wide variety of dishes.
