Bourbon barrels and barrels that previously held sherry or port were used for aging in the Solera system. Each barrel`s aroma has thus imparted its characteristics to Ron Quorhum 15y, resulting in a fascinating array of flavors. Smoke, grape, cranberry, and chocolate aromas are among the most prominent. It is very well-balanced and delicate. Toffee and caramel notes linger over the long term, culminating in intense chocolate notes on the finish.
